Orders and shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Within 3 working days. I only sell pieces that are already made and in My stock, so there is no waiting weeks for production.
How is my order packed?
In a plain, neutral box. The sender on the label is Natallien and no product name appears anywhere on the outside.
What will I see on my card statement?
SP NATALLIEN.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Packeta delivers in Europe, Czech Post everywhere else. All prices and free shipping thresholds are on the shipping page, and the exact price for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch: 1–2 working days in Czechia and Slovakia, 2–5 working days in the rest of Europe, 1–3 weeks outside Europe.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Not within the EU. For the USA, the import duty is shown at checkout and prepaid by us, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other countries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Sizes
Which size of latex gloves should I take?
Measure around your hand at the knuckles, without the thumb: S 17–19 cm, M 19–21 cm, L 21–24 cm, XL 24–27 cm. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
How do latex toe socks and tabi socks fit?
They go by your shoe size: S EU 38–43, M EU 42–45, L EU 44–49. The full chart is on the size chart page.
How does the latex T-shirt fit?
Take your usual size: M chest 100–103 cm, L 105–108 cm, XL 110–113 cm. Latex stretches, so it sits close without squeezing.
Does the FCK Breath Play Mask fit every head?
It comes in one universal size. If your head is smaller, wear a thin latex hood underneath for a snug fit.
Latex care
How do I wash latex?
By hand, after every wear, in lukewarm water with a latex wash or a mild soap. Dry both sides away from heat and sun. Never use a washing machine.
How do I get the shine?
Use a silicone latex polish on clean, completely dry latex. Never use oil, it damages latex.
Returns
Can I return my order?
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and complete. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and I refund the payment within 14 days.
Are there exceptions?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, intimate products and sealed goods cannot be returned once they have been unpacked or worn. The full rules are in the refund policy.
Something arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
Write to info@natallien.com with your order number and a photo. I will sort it out with you.

By card and with express payment options such as Apple Pay where available. All methods for your country are shown at checkout.
