How your order arrives: discreet packaging, explained
The question I get most before people order: will anyone know? No. I pack every order Myself, and privacy is part of the product.
Quick answer
- Plain box, no logo, no product name on the outside.
- The label shows only the address, nothing about what's inside.
- Europe: Packeta, to your door or a pickup point. Worldwide: Czech Post.
- USA: import duty is shown at checkout and prepaid by me, nothing to pay on delivery.
What arrives at your door
A neutral box
Plain packaging, no logo and no picture on the outside. Nobody can tell it apart from any other parcel.
A neutral label
Only your name and address, and Natallien as the sender. No product names, no description of what's inside.
Inside, everything is wrapped
Your pieces are packed so they arrive clean and undamaged, latex separated from anything that could stain it.
Natallie's tip
Prefer a pickup point? In most of Europe you can choose a Packeta pickup point or locker in the cart. Nobody takes a parcel in for you, and you collect it when it suits you.

What shows on your statement
Your card statement shows SP NATALLIEN. Nothing about what you bought.
Outside the EU
For the USA, import duty is calculated at checkout and I prepay it, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. For other countries outside the EU, local customs rules apply.
Questions I get asked
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Write to me as soon as possible. If the parcel hasn't left yet, I'll change it.
Will the courier know what's inside?
No. The courier sees a plain box and an address, nothing else.
How fast does it ship?
I hand your parcel to Packeta or Czech Post within 2–3 working days. After that, delivery usually takes 1–2 days in Czechia and Slovakia, about 2–5 days in most of the EU and around 1–3 weeks outside Europe.
